SOLUTION ARCHITECT

        Architected, Prototyped, designed, developed, and deployed a several concurrent projects dealing with Wellness Care Management, Benefit Configuration Workflow, Provider online support, Electronic Fund Transfer, Customer Experience, and Resource Management using BPM and J(2)EE technologies, including WebSphere, Oracle 10g, and web services. Selected projects include:

      Wellness Care Management: Architected designed and coded the Wellness Care Management project for Blue Cross Blue Shield using Teamworks workflow process layered by swim lanes and participant groups wired via LDAP groups using J2EE / Web service / Hibernate / AJAX /JavaScript  /XML/XSLT as a row model project for the company. As a net result, the end users (Nurses and Clients) are well connected with their communication process and it minimized the bureaucratic delay between the two parties engagement.

 

      Benefit Configuration Workflow: Designed workflows using BPDs, sub BPDs, coaches, services, connectors, integration definitions and tracking groups. Worked on process development such as task management, routing, rule evaluation, simulation, and other capabilities in Teamworks. Managed staff of seven. Served on providing extensive levels of caching to optimize the run-time performance. Worked on evaluating each step and transition within the process diagram in real time. Project completed on time and within budget.

 

      Electronic Fund Transfer:  Designed and developed electronic fund transfer for BCBSM providers via ACH using Web Sphere 6.1, J(2)EE, Web Services, Oracle 10g, Solaris 9 and IBM Mainframe. Saved Millions of dollars for the company on claim processing
